We operate as an agile, export-ready trade partner. By combining origin sourcing in the fertile agricultural valleys of Santiago and Monción with warehousing in New Jersey and commercial sales in Miami, we provide the supply consistency and documentation that modern commercial buyers require.

Our casabe is crafted in partnership with Casabera La Yuca de Oro, a family bakery that has continuously operated in Monción since 1987. With decades of mastery over wood-fired griddles and artisanal pulp extraction, they preserve the ancestral integrity of casabe while adhering to rigorous food safety guidelines and export quality standards.
