- 1 round Fruconu Casabe with Garlic or Natural
- 150 g Dominican frying cheese or fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh oregano or parsley
Preparation:
- Preheat oven broiler to high.
- Mix softened butter with minced garlic and herbs, brush onto casabe round.
- Layer sliced cheese evenly over the bread.
- Broil for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are toasted golden.

Ingredients:
- 1 round Fruconu Casabe Natural, crushed into coarse panko-style crumbs
- 1 tsp sea salt and garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 eggs beaten, or coconut milk wash
- 4 white fish fillets or chicken cutlets
Preparation:
- Pulse dry casabe pieces in a food processor until medium-coarse crumbs form.
- Season crumbs with sea salt, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Dip proteins into egg or milk wash, then press firmly into casabe crumbs.
- Pan-sear or bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden and crisp.
