When you request a wholesale quote or submit a contact inquiry, we collect business data including your name, company name, business email, telephone/WhatsApp number, destination location (country, state, city), and product volume requirements.
3. CRM Storage & Commercial Communication
All submitted form inquiries are securely stored in our centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. By submitting an inquiry and checking the consent box, you agree that Fruconu commercial representatives may contact you via email, telephone, or WhatsApp regarding your quote, sample requests, logistics, and subsequent order fulfillments.
4. No Sale of Information
Fruconu does not sell, rent, or lease wholesale buyer contact information or customer lists to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with certified ocean logistics carriers, customs brokers, and domestic freight forwarders as necessary to calculate quotes or fulfill confirmed deliveries.
