Commercial Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & Validity
All price indications provided by Fruconu Exports are bespoke commercial quotations based on destination, order volume, and selected Incoterm (FOB, CIF, or DDP). Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise noted in writing.
2. Minimum Order Quantities
Standard wholesale minimums are one (1) pallet for distributors (mixed product formats permitted) and twenty (20) cases for independent retail stores.
3. Shipping & Lead Times
Standard ocean transit and export packing requires 3 to 5 weeks from purchase order confirmation. Domestic warehouse fulfillment from Elizabeth, NJ depends on immediate inventory balance.
4. Governing Law
Commercial agreements and purchase orders are governed by the commercial laws of the State of Florida for US transactions and international trade laws for Caribbean exports.
